Bubbles & Smiles is proud to offer an integrated HAF programme by the DfE and Awards for All by the National Lottery.
Two Complimentary Funding Streams
1; DfE-Funded HAF Places (no fee)
These NO-fee spaces are offered to children and young people meeting the targeted benefits-related Free School Meals (FSM) HAF eligibility criteria. Eligible families in Waltham Forest will receive booking information, a voucher, or a booking code directly from their school or the local authority and will book via Eequ booking system. If you have challenges booking, please call us for assistance.
2; National Lottery Awards for All (No Fee)These NO fee spaces are offered courtesy of National Lottery Awards for All and is for children, young people and families who do not meet the DfE-funded HAF criteria and are subject to availability.

Disclaimer : Due to lack of funding, we will not run clubs in the following London boroughs: Hackney, Enfield, Haringey and Redbridge, however, watch this space for future funded spaces.
Activities, meals and snacks are provided free of charge for children attending the DfE HAF programme and Awards for All places. However, parents may choose to provide their child with a healthy packed lunch and healthy snacks if they prefer.
Places are limited, so early booking is highly recommended. We look forward to welcoming you to a safe, happy, active, and enriching October half-term 2026!

The Warburtons bakeries ltd
In conjunction with The Mayor of London Fund, Bubbles & Smiles delivered “multiply course” to parents and young people who don’t have GCSE qualification in maths, a programme aimed at widening career prospects as well as aiding parents with skills in regards to cost of living basic maths.
Supported by the The mayor of London fund, we have supported more than 150 families this year with Take-and- Make food parcels. If your child/ren will be attending, we will sent out a what’sApp /text message of which day to collect the food parcel.
is our new food donor. we are in receipt of bread, bagels, buns and fruit loaves donations, this has increased the number of families we support from 150 to 180 as well as improved the variety of healthy lunches and snacks that we provide to children/young people in our of schools/holiday camps.
The Felix food project and North Enfield food bank has increased their weekly tonnes of food donations to our weekly food bank stocks which we are very thankful.
Our “Grow your own food pilot project” was a success, it was made possible by our partner Enfield independence and wellbeing. We are all very excited about this new project and we are inviting young people and volunteers to join our team to develop skills and basic knowledge in growing own food, as well as helping other families to learn how to grow their own food in back yard gardens, balconies, landings and in our local allotments in ponders end.
