We updated all of our sample policies so that they reflect the current Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage 2025. Any addtions or updates since this date (for example, as a result of the GDPR) are indicated next to each document name.

These sample policies are provided for you to use as models for your own policies. Not all the information included in them will be relevant for every out of school club: you will need to ensure your policies are appropriate to your own setting.
